Dawntail nodded eagerly, chuckling at Cobaltstorm's comment. The fawn-and-white tom couldn't even fathom the ins-and-outs of the clan, and had been younger, he would have bombarded the medicine cats with about a million questions. How do all those cats fit up there? Do they eat, drink, make dirt? How do they get up to Starclan's territory? What does Starclan's territory look like? Do all cats go to Starclan? How do they even live on stars? The questions were endless in the tom's mind, and though he was intrigued, he would never ask Blazepath, mostly because he found a few of his questions embarrassing, and he would never want to look stupid in front of their medicine cat.
"I would be terrified if I ever saw a Starclan cat," He laughed good-naturedly,"I mean, I respect them, but it would certainly be unsettling to see a dead cat... I mean, what do they even look like?"

Pearkit watched Mistlefang disappear with Blazepath, the white tom off to officially become leader of Flameclan. Her eyes were bright with fascination, and even though she missed Amberstar, she felt excited that the clan would finally have structure once again.
The camp seemed to settle down now, and she wasn't sure if the buzz of excitement that lingered in her belly was from her or the atmosphere of the camp. This was it, she would finally become an apprentice!
Pearkit turned to her father when she heard his voice, and she was concerned as he announced he would have to go.
"Go? Where? You're a little sick, yes, but you should still be able to stay with us here..." She mewed as she followed her father out of the den. She would become an apprentice soon, and with her new rank came a new den. Pearkit wanted to spend as much time with her father before she was swamped with responsibilities.
From the corner of her eye she noticed the strange cat, a loner, in the camp, yet she paid no attention to her. She felt more concerned about her father at the moment.
