The Swift and Bold

You've been walking since sunrise, and the sun has just begun to dip below the horizon. You've found your way through a forest and, to your relief, have found a moor with open space and room to stretch.
Suddenly, you hear what sounds like running water. Thirsty, you decide to abandon the path you've been on and find the source of the sound. You soon find exactly what you were looking for; a small waterfall at the edge of the moor catches your eye, and you trot towards it, too exhausted to run at full speed.
You take a long drink, relishing the feeling of cold water on your tongue, but to your horror, when you raise your head, a large blue tabby tom is standing in front of you, eyes narrowed, watching you carefully. You squeal and back up, but two other cats are standing behind you, blocking your escape. They begin advancing, but the first cat holds his tail up and they stop in their tracks, ears perked curiously.
"It appears you've lost your way," the tom meowed, his voice deep, but not unkind. "Are you hungry?"
Hesitantly, you nod. "Very well, follow me, then," he meowed, flicking his tail. The two cats flanked him immediately, and you follow slightly behind. "I'm Stormstar," the blue tabby tom said, looking back at you. "Welcome to FlameClan."

FlameClan cats are known to be very lithe and built for speed and agility over brute strength. Most FlameClan warriors are slim and tall with long legs and tails and large ears. They usually range from short furred to medium furred, and come in mostly browns, oranges, grays, and creams, occasionally bicolor and black or white. Most FlameClan cats bear variations tabby coat patterns, the most common being ticked, striped, and spotted.

These cats' strength is their agile and quick nature, as well as their tendency to think things through down to the last detail, being excellent strategists. While not as great in strength as Clans like JaggedClan, they can be very fierce and tend to use their wits and strategy to their advantage.

FlameClan's territory consists of a patch of pine and oak forest and moorland, with a small river bordering their territory with JaggedClan, with WoodClan in the woods on the other side of the moor. Having two different terrains within their territory, FlameClan has adapted to both hunting within the trees and on the moor, though they are better suited for running down prey on the moorland.

--- Social ---

FlameClan warriors are known to be very bold, daring, courageous, and headstrong, entirely unafraid to stand up for what they believe in and fight for what is right. Most of FlameClan are generally friendly, helpful, and kind- at least, when you treat them with respect. FlameClan does not take kindly to being wronged, betrayed, or taken advantage of- and will make this very clear to anyone who dares to get on their bad side.

FlameClan is great to have as an ally, as they will rarely break an alliance without good reason, and will treat their allies as friends, with respect and utmost sincerity. They will come to their allies aid when requested, and will defend them almost as if they were their own Clan.

However, upset this Clan, and you will have a fierce enemy- they can be very vengeful and aggressive towards those who have wronged them- or their allies. Once FlameClan is angered, it is very difficult to regain their trust and forgiveness.

--- Religious ---

FlameClan warriors hold a belief that the sun is a giver of life and as such is to be respected and revered. The sun provides light, which nourishes the plants of the forest, which feed the prey, and in turn, feed the Clan. These cats see the sun as a sort of diety to be held in high regard. To name a cat "Sun-" in this Clan is to say that they have earned the highest respect of their Clan- it is a rare honor bestowed upon a worthy warrior, never a name given to a kit.

Personality (Detailed, not just words): Bluepaw is a bubbly young she-cat with practically never-ending optimism and enthusiasm. She has a hard time accepting failure/defeat, and even if she makes a simple mistake she'll feel like she ruined her chance to succeed. She's very playful and loves to tease her friends, and she's a bit too trusting of cats from other clans. Bluepaw just wants to be friends with everybody, she'll learn that not everybody will like her as she grows. For some reason she feels like she needs to prove something (perhaps because she was not born in the clan, but rather born as a kittypet. She got lost as a kitten and was found wandering around the territory when she was only a few moons old, thus all she really knows is clan life.

Rolepl:A loud quack startled the molly, and she turned to see a duck eyeing her warily. She was standing between it and the river, and for a second, Fawnfoot just stared in surprise. And then she noticed why it hadn't flown away yet. The duck's wing was bent at a weird angle, and it couldn't dive under the water to hide. Thank you, SunClan and Sky! I'm sorry I yelled at you earlier. I'm hormonal. And cold. And tired." Charging forward, she sunk her claws into the duck and held it until it died. Killing a wounded creature felt wrong, but her clan needed this. She needed this. Fawnfoot picked up the large creature (boy, it could feed half of the clan!) and was getting ready to return to camp when she realized something. She didn't want to go back just yet. Deciding to return to the Watching Hill, content and pleased with her rare find, Fawnfoot trotted off.

Personality:
Fireflower is jovial tom who loves to teach and raise kits. He's incredibly nurturing, caring, and understanding - making a great father. He seems to be happy or excited all the time but knows when it's time to be serious. Despite his kindness, he can be stern when it comes to raising kits and protecting kits. If it wasn't for Fireflowers nurturing nature, he would've earned the name heart for he is not afraid to say what he believes. He has a strong moral code and a thorough list of things he should and should not do. He teaches this to every kit he is able to raise. One of Fireflowers personal laws includes being kind to everyone he meets, especially mollies who he believes should be treated with the utmost respect. Being a queen himself, he knows how hard it is to raise kits and respects other queens for that.

Fireflower has fathered lots of kits and sometimes gets frantic when he doesn't have a litter to take care of. Sometimes he hunts for loners or fellow clanmembers but is sure to be nice and kind to them before asking to mate. Fireflower is definitely a gentlemen. An odd fact about the tom is his lack of romantic attraction. It is impossible for the tom to like a feline romantically so he'll never have a mate. Fireflower is a wonderful friend though. He'll have the back of every cat who earns his trust.

Detailed Appearance:
Fireflower is an average sized warrior, not being too tall. What lacks in height he makes up fro in weight however, being a chubby cat. You can easily see this. His belly is plump and his face is round, almost like a kitty pet. The queen has medium length ginger fur, marked with darker mackerel markings. His eyes are amber in color and his nose is a pale pink. His muzzle and under-markings are tinged with white but that isn't too noticeable. Fireflower has wide paws and a long fat looking tail.

Roleplay Sample:

Plumstar began to follow Owlstorm but stopped when the snow began to cease. She looked up in the sky. The sun was still hidden behind the clouds but at least the snow had stopped and the wind was calmer. She looked at her paws and the snow went up to her ankles. She thanked SkyClan that the weather was calmer but the snow that crunched below her paws would still be hard to hunt in.

Letting out a foggy breath, the leader exited the den behind Elmstorm, Owlstorm, and Cinderface.

She could hear his small heart beating in his chest, and as he gazed at the molly he breathed low. She knew he was ready. Typically she was no hunter, but she knew what the bird wanted. She took the raven's throat in her jaws and answered his silent cries. She brought him back to camp, and never told anyone of the event, only placing him in the nursery among the sleeping queens.

Robinfoot has always been a very determined, driven cat. She never gives up, not in the face of horror, not even when the goal has been declared hopeless. She's simply that kind of cat. She's also loyal to a fault, following her Clan leaders through thick and thin, struggling to abandon them even when they've done something morally reprehensible. Her Clanmates generally have a good view of her, being seen mostly as 'that one cat who likes giving annoying pep talks'. Which, admittedly, she does. A lot. Though she's not very good at it. She's quick to boast, not at all humble.

Though, like most, she does have her moments. When her patience wears thin, and her smile cracks into a malicious grin, Robinfoot has her moments of cruelty. Where she'll snap at her fellow cat, a vicious word or two flying out of her mouth. But, after these moments, she'll almost immediately return to normal, making some wonder... was that a figment of their imagination?

Robinfoot is a slender, graceful cat, her shiny brown fur sparkling in the sunshine. She's quick to warm, due to her fairly short, heat attracting fur. Her figure points to a speedy cat, a she that can easily run for a mile or two, without stopping, one that beats all of her friends in a race. This is true about Robinfoot. Speed is her primary skill, one she has spent moons honing.

Her light yellow eyes are oval in shape, her muzzle short and not at all wide. She has small ears and a long tail.
Roleplay Sample:
Robinfoot padded through the snow, her paws making visible imprints in the white, cold substance. She shivered, not used to the cold weather that leaf-bare brought. A single, scrawny mouse laid in between her teeth, and she was grateful for even catching a bit of prey. Chilly and hungry, she padded back to camp, her soul and body weary from the long winter. She could only hope that new-leaf would come soon. (sorry for the depressing sample dfhfdhshhfda)

Either by being a warrior that decides to change roles to a medicine cat, joining as a loner and becoming an MCA, or, preferably, starting as a kit that takes interest in being a medicine cat upon apprenticeship.

Either way, Medicine cats after the very first are preferred to have gone through being a medicine cat apprentice beforehand.

Personality (Detailed, not just words): Privetflower is rather motherly, a caring cat, who’s dream is to have kits of her own though some day, and a lot of them, as soon as possible. Ideally, she dreams about having a ‘perfect family’, but her desire to have kits is much stronger than that. So in the end, she’s fine with just finding a donor if it means her starting a family, even if it isn’t perfect like she’d like it to be.

Privetflower can be a huge flirt and she almost never doesn't mean it seriously, even if she’s flirting with someone outside of her clan. Speaking of cats outside of her clan, she is extremely curious about them, especially the other clans. So she likes spending time with cats outside of her clan, probably being too nosy and friendly towards them. She isn’t the greatest code follower as well, as for the most part, she doesn't have a problem with breaking the rules.

Privetflower is one who can get sad rather easily and emotionally, as she is an emotional and passionate cat.

Fritilaryfang is very bold molly. She's big and boisterous in most of the things she does. She's relatively energetic and loves to rough house with her friends. She loves to laugh and have fun. She's young at heart and fun loving. Despite the females love for fighting, she loves peace and peaceful times. Cuddling with mollies is her dream but she knows she can appear too head on for some.

The perfect phrase for Fritilaryfang is 'big gay.' She's big and tall and will yell out how cute other mollies are from miles away, no matter if she's in a relationship or not. She's very oblivious and has a hard time understanding other cats feelings. This of course makes her very hard headed, having a hard time learning lessons. She doesn't think before she does. She likes peace but she will fight if someone threatens someone she cares about or something she believes.

Personality:
Dawntail is an all around sweetheart who tends to be a little socially awkward. He’s a socialiable cat, and enjoys a fast paced lifestyle where he can meet all kinds of new cats, but just because he enjoys talking doesn’t mean he has a certain way with words. That being said according to Dawntail, “confidence is the first step,” and even though he can become embarrassed or outplayed with words easily, he walks if he was a king and is never afraid to “flaunt his stuff”.

Dawntail enjoys spending time around younger cats, liking how they are not so serious compared to their older counterparts and how he’s the mature one when he’s around them. He really enjoys it when kits look up to him like he’s some sort of hero simply because he’s a warrior. One thing he enjoys is telling kits stories. He was told plenty as a kit, and he wants to share his love of fantastical heroes with the younger generation.

Dawntail tends to be a little brash and stubborn, and he becomes easily emotional in situations, not always being able to look back on things with a clear head. Once this tom makes a choice, it’s almost impossible to change it, and he would really need to like and trust someone enough to let them change his mind.

Detailed Appearaance:
Dawntail’s a muscular tom, who’s stocky compared to most of his clanmates though he still maintains their usual tall figure. His legs are long and powerful, and when he walks he takes long strides and holds his head tall. While not his namesake, Dawntail has a noticeably long tail that he doesn’t always seem to know what to do with, and it usually sways loosely behind him.

Dawntail’s coat is far from plain. He’s a fawn spotted tabby and white cat, and his fur has a rather grizzled appearance. Dawntail’s spots are rather faint on his body, though the stripes on his face are bold and stand out against his light-colored fur. He has a brighter, more vibrant patch over his nose, which is bright pink. Like his face markings, the stripes on his tail are dark and bold, and they almost completely cover his tail, save for a small while patch on its tip,

Dawntal’s eyes are almond-shaped and are a clear, icy blue colour which he claims resemble a cloudless sky.

Spiderfang looked at the she-cat dismissively, his stormy green eyes flicking over her soft grey pelt, stained in the blood of her clanmate who lay weak, dying below her. Pain was in her yellow eyes, which began to water as the massive tom showed no pity or regret for injuring who he assumed to be a family-member. The wounded tom, sharing her grey pelt and bright eyes struggled to breathe, though the JaggedClan warrior knew very well that he was far from joining Starclan, if the She-cat got in control of her emotions and brought him back to their medicine cat. Spiderfang let out a snort, a low growl rumbling deep in his throat which immediately stopped the She-cat’s crying, her sadness and anger towards him turning into fear.

What had started as a routine border patrol had turned into a skirmish when the young, grey tom, headstrong and cocky, decided to taunt and tease the JaggedClan cats, thinking that the invisible borders would protect him. He was wrong.

“Do you expect me to apologize?” Spiderfang asked, his voice emotionless and deep, “This isn’t a game, or some training exercise, this is real life. Your clanmate crossed onto our territory, we simply reac-”

“He put one paw over your border so you attack him?! The she-cat exclaimed, cutting Spiderfang off. The anger had returned to her voice, replacing the fear for a brief moment, before Spiderfang let out another hiss, silencing the she-cat.

“Leave,” Spiderfang began, straightening his back and bringing himself to full height, effectively dwarfing the young she-cat, “ If you really cared about your clanmate, you’d get him medical care instead of whining to me.”

Whether it was because of her fear or because she knew he was right, the she-cat, silvery fur bristling, slowly helped her clanmate up and allowed for him to lean on her as they walked back in the general direction of their camp. Spiderfang sat as he watched them leave, bringing his large paw to his mouth and slowly licking the blood off, spitting it on the border when he was done. The massive tom had not come unscathed out of the event, and he could his new wounds sting as he got up and started to walk back to the camp with his clanmates. He would soon have some new scars to add to his collection.

Pearkit, while energetic, doesn’t speak a lot and tends to be quiet. Like most cats, she’ll calm down by the time she gets older, though not by much. She’s a loyal cat, doing her best to work hard so others can look past her half-Clan heritage. Like most kits, Pearkit is a little naive and can be easily misguided by others. She’s very protective of her siblings and her family, and while then protectiveness wil eventually span across the whole clan, for now her family is all that really matters to her.

(This is really short and barebones but she’s still a kit so I want her to have plenty of growing room)

Detailed Appearaance(Required):
Pearkit is a rather petite cat with a slight build. She’s self-conscious of her height, and wishes that she was tall and big, as tall as the trees that Oakclan supposedly has and strong enough to push them down. She has short, soft fur, that will smooth down and become more sleek and smooth as she gets older. Pearkit is an Abyssinian type cat, and she has wedge-shaped head and relatively large ears. She’s a ruddy ticked tabby cat, with a small, tinted white patch on her muzzle and chin. Pearkit has big and clear yellow eyes, which take a more almondshape as she gets older.
